Cancellation/modification: Client may make changes (including cancellations) to these services subjected to the following charges: 48 hours or more prior to service start time: no charge. Within 48 hours prior to service start time 100% charge Payment: To confirm the quotation, we require a full payment in advance and a credit card to secure this reservation.
We take 250€ euros on top of your quote as a warranty for supplements that might occur. Once your invoice is payed, your warranty will be freed. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Upon job completion you will receive your final invoice. You may pay by bank transfer (upfront), cash (to the chauffeur before departure), or by Visa, MasterCard or American Express (after job completion). All invoices are payable in Brussels, Belgium. BLS may make any modifications regarding payment whenever BLS wishes so. If payment is not received within 5 work days upon invoice date, BLS may charge 250€ administration fees.
All disputes, if going to court, will be disputed in the Brussels Court Belgium. Liabilities: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. BLS is not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). BLS is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). If the vehicle is cancelled or delayed by BLS, BLS cannot be held responsible for any consequences caused by it's cancellation or delay. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating and luggage capacity. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
